I love the animal visitors to my yard, especially the little, non-glamorous ones. They all have their own lives, independent of ours, but they honor us with their presence. All the animals in this series have visited my yard; some are constant presences. This bear is a rare visitor, and not really a little guy, but bears show up once or twice a year. I like to keep my distance and observe.
